About Encore for Education
Encore for Education is a charity concert hosted by Buchanan Street Partners and underwritten by generous real estate companies to support Buchanan Children’s Charities and VH1 Save the Music Foundation, both 501(c)(3) organizations dedicated to enhancing the lives of children. The event offers a perfect blend of high level real estate networking in an energized atmosphere - with all proceeds benefiting a great cause. Buchanan Street Partners launched the charity event in 2007 and raised $250,000 with a live performance by The Goo Goo Dolls and Crosby Stills & Nash.  This donation revitalized music programs in 8 schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District and provided over 4,000 children with instruments. About Challenge for Children
Challenge for Children is a charity event that hosts over 400 real estate professionals in a multi-sport competition in Newport Beach. The event rallies the commercial real estate industry to take a day out of the office to give back to the community.  The event offers competitors a day full of networking, camraderie and a chance to make a significant impact on children's educational development.
